Hi all!

With the reset, I know that many of us have been showing our new imports and some have been wildly successful. However, I have been wondering recently how much my horses' success has been due to their stats (e.g. high 9s or 10s in favourable traits) rather than your actual talent.

My "next generation" is currently being trained and starting to enter the show ring – so I do not have many observations to pull from at this time. For those of you with older offspring that you are showing, how is it going? What observations have you made about the next generation?

It's getting the horse thru the Discipline training that is the pits!

I thought maybe it was the poor stats most of the imports have that was making getting a horse to a point in training where I would want to put them into competition. But I am having the same problem with my youngstock! I don't remember it taking so long to get a horse trained before the reset!

Having the hired hands not working in discipline is not helping. I started all nine of my ranches back up, and I just cannot spend my entire day trying to hand train pixel ponies!

I haven't gotten a young horse past "advanced" yet, but am hoping to have all my ranches back in the top breeders ranks! Before the reset, I had six of them in the top 15, with three new ones working their way up the ranks. So far, not a one is on the top breeders ranks.

My congratulations to the breeders who have already gotten on the list!
